Autonomy of Cleanbotics robots in terms of water consumption: operating time on one tank

  • Tank capacity: 200 liters
  • Operating time on one filling: up to 6 hours
  • Coverage area: up to 10,000 m²
  • Where it is used:
  • Warehouses, airports, large production facilities
  • Open parking lots, logistics centers
  • Peculiarities:
  • Economical water consumption thanks to optimized spray system
  • Possibility of long-term operation without maintenance

Docking station included
For maximum autonomy

  • Draining dirty water
  • A bay of clean water
  • Fast charging
Advantage
  • Sensors: Lidars and Cameras
The forward lidar array and front camera are used to detect obstacles along the robot's path, such as small debris and steps.
  • Removable tablet instead of display
Instead of a regular display, we use a tablet that is wirelessly connected to the robot. The tablet can be detached to allow interaction with the robot in a comfortable position.
  • Three-wheel front roller
The innovative three-roller front suspension allows the robot to easily move over small irregularities such as slab joints, potholes and thresholds up to 15 mm high
  • Indicator strip
The indicator lights up in different colors to indicate the current status of the robot.

What kind of debris won't the WayBot vacuum up in a manufacturing facility?
Dimensions and limitations

In manufacturing environments, especially when working with glass, metal, or bulk materials, it’s important to know what kind of waste an industrial vacuum can and can’t handle. WayBot Robot offers powerful 400-VAC, 400PRO, and 900 models with an optional vacuum that can handle a variety of waste types. But it has limitations in terms of the size and shape of the waste. Let’s take a closer look.

What kind of debris does the WayBot vacuum NOT pick up?

The WayBot robot vacuum is effective, but not versatile. It won't handle :
  • For items larger than 20x20x20 mm  , they may get stuck in the system.
  • With long and flexible materials:
  • Stretch film  (wraps around the brush, interferes with work).
  • Ropes, wires, rags  (may clog the hose or damage the mechanism).
  • With heavy metal parts  (nuts, bolts) – they can damage the filters.
What kind of debris CAN the WayBot vacuum?
The robot copes well with small and medium-sized industrial waste:
Broken glass  - fragments up to 20 mm are safely sucked up.
Bulk materials  - sand, cereals, small gravel.
Metal shavings  - aluminum, steel (but not large shavings).
Powder mixtures  - cement, gypsum, other building materials.
Other waste  - if they do not exceed the permissible dimensions.

All about the autonomy and capabilities of industrial robots

WayBot cleaning robots are designed to meet the needs of industrial enterprises, where stability of operation is often more important than "smart" functions. The basis of autonomous operation is a powerful built-in computer with a hard drive, which provides:
Local storage of room maps
  • Detailed plans of the territory with an accuracy of up to 5 cm
  • Ability to store up to 20 different cards at the same time
  • Automatic recognition of floors and building levels
Autonomous navigation
  • Work on pre-programmed routes
  • Path correction using lidar and collision sensors
  • Possibility to create zones with special cleaning modes
Local reporting
  • Recording the time and duration of cleaning
  • Recording the distance traveled
  • Monitoring water and detergent consumption
  • Registration of errors and failures in operation

Benefits of
autonomous operation

For industrial enterprises, working without a permanent
Internet connection has a number of significant advantages:

Independence from the quality of communication
  • Stable operation in basements
  • Operation in areas with magnetic interference
  • Resistance to voltage fluctuations
Enhanced data security
  • Confidential information is not transmitted to the cloud
  • Protection against cyber attacks
  • Compliance with industrial safety requirements
Reliability in critical conditions
  • Operation in extreme temperatures
  • Vibration resistance
  • Protection from dust and moisture
